How the maths works

Extra revenue

Visitors times your conversion rate gives current orders. We apply your chosen conversion uplift to those orders and multiply by your average order value. The uplift assumes better AI site search and recommendations help more visitors find and buy.

Support saving

We take the share of monthly tickets you expect AI to resolve without a human and multiply by your fully loaded cost to resolve one ticket. The rest are handed to your team, so the saving is on deflected volume only.

Why it is editable

We do not ship fixed benchmark numbers dressed up as fact. The uplift and deflection rates are assumptions you control, with conservative defaults. Keep them modest until you have measured your own results.
